Phew, career stuff... This page was woefully out of date so for now, this placeholder has been inserted as a sort of summary. For the past few years, I've been working in the business side of healthcare.

I am one of the original two people from Nobelus, Inc (click for more). To put it in its most simple terms, Terry, the founder, identified a problem and I designed the original solution. I say original mostly because what that solution began as versus where it is today are very different. My role has been to design and build the technolgoy to solve this problem and oversee operations. While I now have some help with ongoing development stuff, the original draft of the system and all of the infrastructure was built by my raggedy hands. Maybe I'm a little proud, but I am much more proud of what we are accomplishing and that is in no uncertain terms: a change. Apparently someone has taken notice in what our company has been doing... Since we began this adventure, we have developed another company, Articella, Inc. Articella has evolved as our billing solution, in response to the market request for a full-service billing option.

If you don't think there's a problem in healthcare, just ask yourself one question: If your premiums keep going up, and doctors keep making less, where is the money going?

I can say without reservation that this has been the hardest endeavor I've ever embarked on, and I want to thank my family and friends for all their support while I have been focused on tackling some of these problems.
